Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Rumielle Scholars & Co., including tutoring, babysitting, and educational sitting, whether in person or virtually. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered

Rumielle Scholars & Co. provides in-person and virtual tutoring, educational sitting, and babysitting services for school-aged children and select age groups based on availability and service type. All sessions are booked in advance through our website or by direct communication.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to parents and legal guardians of children located in metro Atlanta for in-person support, and to families nationwide for virtual services. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion.

3. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance via our website or by written agreement.

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards or PayPal.

• A confirmation email or message will be sent once your session is successfully booked.​

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in our separate Refund Policy. By booking a session, you agree to the terms stated there, including applicable notice requirements and refund eligibility.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests received with less than 48 hours’ notice will be handled case-by-case and may not be granted depending on availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment for in-person sessions.

• Children must be prepared and present at the time of the scheduled session.

• The client agrees not to engage in inappropriate conduct or language toward staff.

• All educational materials or instructions should be communicated prior to the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe, enriching, and high-quality experience, Rumielle Scholars & Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Parents remain responsible for the supervision and well-being of their child before and after service delivery.

 

8. Privacy

All client and child information is handled with care and confidentiality. We will never sell, share, or misuse your personal information. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
